Why ACE Matters

Le Shaw’s Activism and Community Engagement (ACE) is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves safety, dignity, and respect. Through our initiatives, we tackle critical challenges within the adult entertainment industry, creating a supportive environment for sex workers and cam models while driving systemic change. 

Key Impacts of ACE: 

  • Supporting hundreds of cam models annually with health and safety resources. 
  • Partnering with global NGOs to extend our outreach and amplify advocacy. 
  • Developing secure reporting tools that will address labor concerns. 

Community Advisory Board (CAB):

Developed with input from sex workers, the CAB is a platform that shapes le Shaw’s research and initiatives. It ensures our actions are rooted in the authentic experiences of cam models, addressing their needs and driving meaningful change.

Our NGO Partners:

  • New Moon Network

    Dedicated to supporting sex workers through advocacy, education, community building, and philanthropy, New Moon Network not only provides essential resources and a supportive network for individuals in the industry but also offers funding to smaller NGOs and collectives, amplifying their impact and fostering grassroots change.

  • Woodhull Freedom Foundation

    As a leader in promoting sexual freedom, equality, and justice, the Woodhull Freedom Foundation works to advance sexual rights and well-being for all, including sex workers, through policy advocacy, education, and community support.

  • SWOP Behind Bars

    Focused on supporting incarcerated sex workers, SWOP Behind Bars advocates for the rights and rehabilitation of individuals within the criminal justice system, ensuring they receive the support they need to reintegrate into society.

  • The Cupcake Girls

    Bringing together Dr. Jessica Szczuka and PhD student, Paula Ebner, from Duisburg-Essen University, and Maria Santaguida from Concordia University, this international collaboration spearheads a study delving into the experiences and motivations of cam models, as well as the role of technology in empowering this community. Their research illuminates the challenges and opportunities faced by models, offering insights into how technology can better support their work and personal growth.

Together with our NGO partners, le Shaw is building a robust platform for positive change in the sex work industry. From advocacy to direct support, our collaborations reflect our commitment to improving lives and addressing systemic challenges.

What We Do

Through ACE, le Shaw delivers impactful initiatives and resources that address the community’s most pressing challenges.

Camcomfort

Le Shaw is set to launch CamComfort—a transformative initiative designed to assess and improve the physical health of LiveJasmin models—this upcoming season. Recognizing the unique physical demands of camming, this program incorporates insights from two expert pelvic health physiotherapists, who conducted interviews and observational research with models.

CamComfort’s educational content includes a series of six expert-designed videos focusing on:

  • Lifestyle Advice
    Guidance on daily habits that promote overall health.
  • Pelvic Floor and Pelvic Health
    Exercises and tips to maintain pelvic strength and flexibility.
  • Breathing Exercises 
    Techniques to improve respiratory health and reduce stress.
  • Stretching, Mobility, and Strength 
    Routines to enhance physical flexibility and build strength.

These resources empower models to take proactive steps in maintaining their physical health, ensuring they can perform their roles comfortably and sustainably.
